[It is probably none too surprising that most of the trees in Luceti now have snow-covered branches.

However, a few observant folks might notice that not all of the snow appears undisturbed...

Arche snickers as she places the last of her snowball piles in the boughs of Luceti's trees.] Perfect. Now everything's set up.

[She is now going to fly around the village, looking for people out and about who might prove amusing targets. She's got snowballs stashed pretty much everywhere, so the only question is: Are you going to be one of her victims?]

Hey!

[Brrrr! That snow's cold--especially since most of it goes down the back of his collar. Scanning the area, he searches out the culprit, but of course, sees no one.]

Hn. So that's how it is, huh? Well...we'll see 'bout that!

[Leaninging down, he scoops up a handful of snow, packing it into a ball and chucks it at the most likely-looking hiding place. Lather, rinse, repeat--he'll eventually flush 'em out!]

[Throwing from up in a tree helps with these sort of things, as it isn't too difficult for her to avoid his retaliation by hiding behind it. And since he's just firing randomly, she'll wait for an opening...

And another snowball flies at the back of his head!]

[Damn! Snowballed again! He spins around, facing the direction the sneak-attack came from. At least he's got a general area to focus on now and starts lobbing snowballs into the trees.]

[Hmmm, not going to be able to get in another sneak attack now that he's facing the tree...

There's only one thing to do! Revealing herself, she aims the next one at the top of his pants.] Catch!

[Oddly enough, he does--he's got great reflexes. Of course, the moment his hand closes on it, the snowball explodes into a flurry of white powder. So the results are pretty much the same with the exception that he manages to keep most of the cold stuff from going down his pants.]

Heh. Now I gotcha!

[Scooping up some more snow, he chucks another snowball at her.]

[Arche jumps to another branch to dodge the snowball... the same branch she's stashed a collection on.

With ready-made snowballs at hand and the advantage of gravity on her side, it's time for a snowball spam! She just grabs with both hand and starts winging those things down at Kazuma, laughing the whole while.]

[When the snowballs come raining down, he dashes for cover as well, avoiding some of the missiles, getting pegged by the others. Hiding behind another tree, he packs together another snowball before peeking out, drawing a bead on his assailant, and firing.]

Sooner or later, you're gonna run outta ammo!

Maybe, but by that time you'll be a snowman!

[She leans against the tree trunk to dodge that (though it still clips her nose) and launches a few more.]

[He ducks behind the tree to avoid those--although he does get covered by some more of the snow fallout when they hit the tree.]

Think so? Hn. Fat chance. Two can play at this game, y'know!

[No more snowballs are forthcoming, however. Hmmm...what's he doing back there?]

[It's not too hard to figure out what he's doing, so Arche figures the best counter is to shift positions. Grabbing a few snowballs and her broom, she flies to another tree while he's distracted, trying to get a better angle for her shots.]

[Yup, he's been compiling his own arsenal, so when he finally steps out from behind the tree, he's got a snowball in each hand...and no one to chuck them at.]

Hey! Where'd ya go?

[There is just enough delay between her yelling that and the snowball throw for him to turn around and get snowballed in the face.]

[Gah! He gets another faceful of snow--and drops one of the newly made snowballs he's holding.]

Oh, man...you're gonna get it now!

[Shakes the snow out of his eye and wings the remaining snowball at her.]

Try me! [She mostly dodges that one, getting clipped in the shoulder a bit, and wings another two at his chest and legs.]

[He dives behind the tree for more ammo, so misses getting hit in the chest; she scores a hit on his legs, however. Grabbing another two snowballs, he rushes the tree she's in, pegging both at her in rapid succession.]

I'm gonna knock you outta that tree, girl!

[She ducks one, but that makes the other one get her smack in the face. She quickly rubs it off.]

I don't think so! [She hurls one down at his shoulder.]
