[As Luceti's populace struggles with attempts to sort out messed-up memories and personality warpings, some of the residents are combating more... mundane problems.

The journal flops open to reveal a panicked Arche fussing with something in a pan.]

Come on, don't you burn on me... Oh crap!

[She jumps over to another pan, reaching for it... and completely forgetting to grab an oven mitt as she does so.]

Yeowch! [And, of course, she drops it, the contents spilling all over the floor. She slips on them, falling out of sight of the journal, and then clambers back up to turn off the stove. She looks at the results of her endeavors.]

... Dammit, why does this always happen. Every time I try to cook... [She sighs, turning around.] Where's Mint when I need-

[She cuts off as she notices the journal open... and recording.] Oh hell, how long has this thing been on?

To be fair there's nothing simple about cooking. If you messed up a little it isn't because of that.

[She sighs and pokes at one of the burned chops.] I'm certainly in no position to argue, but are you sure?

I'm positive. I'm also Minako Arisato. [ she laughs ] Just tell me where I need to be! Some people stick to buying pre-made food from others their whole lives, after all, so not everyone knows how to cook. But it's a useful skill.

Yeah, I've been living off that stuff for a while, but I just got the urge to actually make myself a decent meal... Guess I should've ignored it.

Ah, forgive me Arche-san. I've never met anyone with either name to be honest. But "Arche" is definitely cuter!
